File Sharing
At Five-Twentyfive, the sharing of open files—whether for static or motion work—is at our discretion. If open files are required, and specific formats or file types are needed, this must be communicated and agreed upon before the project begins. Please note that certain assets used in our work—such as mock-ups, plugins, effects, and soundtracks—may be subject to licensing restrictions, which can affect whether and how they can be shared.
File Storage
At Five-Twentyfive, we aim to keep an archive of all past projects for our clients. However, due to the volume of work we handle, we cannot guarantee long-term storage or retrieval of files. If long-term file retention is essential for your project, please let us know so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
Portfolio & Social Media Policy
At Five-Twentyfive, we retain the right to showcase any projects we have worked on across our portfolio and social media channels. However, we are mindful of confidentiality and release schedules. We will never share work publicly until we are confident that the project has launched and the assets have already been made public by the client or relevant parties.
